Staying healthy really is a lot easier than you think. A few small changes here and there can have a dramatic impact on your health.
For example, one of the things I learned that can really improve your health is to have two tablespoons of Apple Cider vinegar (it must include the Mother) in a glass of warm water each morning. Not only does this help you hydrate your body, it is also believed to improve gut health. Gut health is important to overall body health, so make sure you improve your gut health. It will give you more energy, and your body will process food much more efficiently.
In today's issue, I cover health hacks that can help you create new habits. Good habits are essential to good health. Exercising your mind is also important, and you can defy the decline that often happens with age. Enjoy!
